COMPUTERIZED OPTICAL

Hunter 3D wheel alignment

Precision in every degree.

If your car pulls to one side or your tires wear unevenly, start with an alignment check. We use Hunter 3D equipment to compare wheel positioning with your vehicle’s specifications.

We check tire pressures, steering and suspension first. If something needs repair before adjustment, we explain the findings and the work needed before starting.

Tell us what you feel while driving, especially after hitting a pothole or kerb. If you notice vibration, the team can check whether wheel balancing or another inspection is needed.

BRAKES & SUSPENSION

Suspension & brakes

Control you can feel.

Stable handling and repeatable braking depend on components working together. We assess the symptoms you feel—pedal pulsation, a pull under braking, knocking, excess body movement or a rough ride—before deciding what needs attention. Replacing parts without understanding the cause can leave the original problem in place.

A brake assessment may include rotor thickness and runout, pad wear, caliper movement and the condition of hoses and fluid. Ceramic and semi-metallic pad compounds have different noise, dust, friction and temperature characteristics; the suitable choice must meet the vehicle’s requirements, not simply carry a performance label.

For suspension concerns, we inspect shocks or struts for leakage and damping loss, along with bushes and joints for play. Restoring damping helps keep the tire in contact with the road. The team explains the repair scope and checks whether alignment is needed afterward.

THERMAL FLUID CARE

Oil changes & fluids

The right protection, inside out.

In Gulf heat and stop-start traffic, using the right lubricant matters more than choosing a thicker oil by habit. Oil viscosity, performance approvals and the service interval must follow the engine manufacturer’s instructions. Full-synthetic oils can offer useful thermal and oxidation stability, but the exact specification still comes first.

Discuss an oil and filter change with the team, including the oil grade and filter fitment for your car. Fluid checks should look for level, condition and signs of leakage; different brake, steering and transmission fluids are not interchangeable. The vehicle’s severe-service schedule may apply to heat, dust and repeated short trips.

Our lubrication service also covers serviceable chassis, steering and suspension joints. Grease is applied only where the design permits it: sealed joints should not be punctured or forced open. Tell us about squeaks or stiffness so the source can be inspected rather than masked.

INSPECT BEFORE REPAIR

Puncture inspection & repair

A proper repair starts inside.

An outside string plug cannot establish whether the inner liner or casing has been damaged. A lasting repair starts with removing the tire from the wheel and assessing the injury from inside. We explain whether the tire is a repair candidate or needs replacement before proceeding.

For eligible passenger and light-truck tires, accepted repair practice combines a stem that fills the puncture channel with an inner patch that seals the liner, using appropriate vulcanizing materials. Repairs are generally limited to the repairable tread area and punctures no larger than 6 mm, subject to the tire maker’s policy.

Sidewall or shoulder damage, exposed cords, bulges, overlapping repairs or evidence of running flat can rule out repair. Deep wounds are not automatically repairable. Run-flat and high-performance tires may have additional restrictions. Safe replacement takes priority over saving a damaged tire.

Technician checking a car electrical system with a multimeter
12V ELECTRICAL LOAD

Battery health & replacement

Ready for the next start.

Heat can accelerate battery aging even when cold starts are not a daily concern. Slow cranking, an intermittent start or electrical warnings deserve a system check: a new battery will not fix a charging fault or an excessive drain. We stock batteries for a range of vehicles and help establish the correct fit.

A useful assessment looks at cranking health, state of charge, connections and charging-system behavior under load. Test results need to be interpreted with the battery type, temperature and vehicle system in mind. A discharged battery may need charging and retesting before its condition is judged.

Replacement requires the correct dimensions, polarity, capacity and technology. Vehicles designed for AGM or EFB batteries should receive the appropriate type, with registration or adaptation where required. Ask for the locally applicable warranty and suitability for your vehicle’s heat exposure.

MULTI-POINT SAFETY AUDIT

Vehicle safety checks

Catch the small things early.

A regular inspection makes tire and chassis condition easier to understand before a small issue becomes a roadside problem. It is especially useful ahead of a long journey, after an impact, or when the vehicle begins to feel different. Tell the team when the symptom occurs so the inspection can follow the evidence.

The assessment covers tread depth and wear pattern, sidewall cuts or bulges, inflation and pressure loss, rim damage and signs of distortion. Where symptoms indicate, the team can investigate wheel balance, bearing play, leaks and steering or suspension wear. Some internal tire damage requires demounting to inspect properly.

You receive an explanation of the findings and recommended priorities: what needs immediate attention, what can be monitored and what additional diagnosis may be useful. This is a workshop condition assessment, not a government roadworthiness certificate or a guarantee against future faults.

04 / ROAD INTELLIGENCE

Built for the road.
Ready for the heat.

Gulf conditions ask more of your tires. Know what to look for—and what you can’t see—before your next journey.

01

Pressure & heat. Check cold.

Air pressure rises as a tire warms. Set pressure when cold using the vehicle placard, rather than the maximum number molded on the sidewall. Check monthly and before a long drive. Don’t bleed a hot tire down to its cold-pressure target; let it cool and recheck.

Vulcanization gives rubber its elastic network during manufacture. Road heat does not simply “re-vulcanize” a tire; repeated heat and oxidation accelerate compound aging and change its elasticity. Underinflation adds sidewall flex and internal heat, especially with passengers and luggage. Follow the vehicle’s loaded-pressure guidance.

02

Age is more than appearance.

Fine cracks in the sidewall or between tread blocks deserve inspection. Their absence does not prove that the internal structure is healthy. Heat, UV, ozone and storage conditions age rubber even on a low-mileage vehicle. Include the spare in your checks.

The final four digits of a DOT date code show the manufacturing week and year: 2425 means week 24 of 2025. Ask to see the code before purchase, alongside storage and warranty information. Age alone cannot establish serviceability; follow the tire maker’s guidance and applicable local requirements, and replace damaged tires sooner.

03

Tread depth. Rain changes the rules.

Grooves move water away from the contact patch. As tread becomes shallower, there is less space to evacuate water. Hydroplaning occurs when water builds beneath the tire and reduces road contact; speed, standing-water depth and worn tread increase the risk. Slow down in rain and leave more braking distance.

Measure across the tread and at several points around the tire. The raised bars in the grooves are wear indicators: tread level with those bars calls for replacement. A worn shoulder, feathering or cupped patches can point to pressure, alignment or suspension issues. Ask for a depth measurement instead of judging by appearance.

04

Vibration or a bulge? Don’t ignore it.

New vibration, a rhythmic thump, a visible bulge or repeated pressure loss needs assessment. The cause may be balance or structural damage; internal belt separation cannot be ruled out by looking at the outside alone. Driving faster is not a safe way to test it.

If the vehicle’s behavior changes suddenly, ease off and stop in a safe place. Don’t keep driving on a bulged tire or exposed cords. Arrange roadside assistance or use a suitable spare according to the vehicle handbook, then have the damaged assembly professionally inspected.

01/07 Bridgestone JAPAN / ALL-ROUND ENGINEERING
ENLITEN TECHNOLOGY

Technology for the way you drive.

Bridgestone brings a broad engineering portfolio to touring, performance and SUV tires. Its ENLITEN approach tunes product design around the needs of a particular vehicle and use, balancing characteristics such as rolling resistance, handling and comfort. That balance changes from one tire family to another; there is no single compound for every journey.

For a Bahrain daily driver, start with the correct size and load rating, then discuss cabin comfort, highway mileage and steering response. Our team can check the Bridgestone options available in your fitment and explain the local warranty terms before you choose.

READ THE RATING

What does A / A mean?

In UTQG grading, Traction A describes tested straight-line wet braking; AA is higher. Temperature A is the highest grade for heat resistance under the specified test. Neither guarantees performance in every Gulf condition or replaces the correct load index, speed rating and inflation. UTQG does not apply to every tire category.

PROTECT YOUR PURCHASE

The details belong up front.

Ask for the full specification, manufacturing origin, DOT date, price and applicable local warranty in writing. Keep the invoice and service records, and follow pressure, rotation and alignment requirements. Coverage depends on brand, model and supplier; impact damage or running underinflated may be excluded. Our team confirms the terms before purchase.
